Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited. If you cancel and wish to book a new appointment, a new deposit will be required. If you cancel, reschedule, or do not show up on the day of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service amount. A 50% deposit is required to secure every appointment. This deposit is non-refundable, even if you choose to cancel your appointment altogether. You may reschedule one time using your original deposit — any additional rescheduling will require a new deposit. The remaining 50% will be charged after your service is completed.
